List of In-App Purchases (IAP)

In-App Purchases, also known as microtransactions, are items that can be purchased with real money and obtained in-game from the Diablo Shop. Diablo Immortal is a free-to-play game and IAPs are part of the game's monetization model. Read on to see a list of all microtransactions in the game, and know which ones you should and shouldn't buy!

In-App Purchases

Eternal Orbs Eternal Orbs are the only non-farmable item in the list of our IAPs. They can only be purchased using real currency and you can get more by buying a large amount in one go.
Empowered Battle Pass The Empowered Battle Pass is a purchase-only item that enhances the amount of rewards you can get from the Battle Pass.
Boon of Plenty Similar to the Empowered Battle Pass, the Boon of Plenty grants you a bonus daily reward per login. This will greatly amplify the amount of resources you can get by playing daily.
Treasure Troves Treasure Troves are dungeon-specific chests you can purchase after clearing said dungeon. They offer hefty rewards for a small amount of money and is considered a good purchase for players that don't want to spend too much money.

Farmable In-App Purchases

Farmable In-App Purchases
Platinum Platinum are used primarily for gems. Unlike Eternal Orbs, they can be farmed in-game but at a much slower pace. They can also be purchased using Eternal Orbs to hasten your progression.
Hilts Hilts are a currency that are primarily used to purchase crests, gems, and even reforge stones. They can be farmed in-game but can be purchased with Eternal Orbs to obtain them faster.
Reforge Stones Reforge Stones are items that allow you to change the attribute of your gears. They are only available after reaching max level. Free-to-play players can purchase 3 Reforge Stones per day.
Crests Crests are items used to modify Elder Rifts before tackling them. They can provide either a greater or lesser challenge but they guarantee rare drops after clearing the said rift. They are vital for upgrading gems, especially legendary ones.

Eternal Orbs For Competitive Players

If you want to be the most powerful in a short amount of time, you will need to spend a lot of money on Eternal Orbs purchases, as they can purchase Legendary Crests, which will speed up the amount of Legendary Gems you can get from Elder Rifts. This is the fastest way to get your Legendary Gems to Rank 10.

Eternal Orbs can purchase several helpful items, such as Dawning Echos. These items help Awaken your Legendary gear, granting them powerful passive buffs. Eternal Orbs can also purchase Platinum and Hilts, which are the very useful in-game currency.

Battle Pass For Daily Players

If you want to play Diablo Immortal daily but not spend too much on in-app purchases, the Empowered Battle Pass presents a good value.

Every month, you can complete activities to earn Battle Points, which accumulate to unlock rewards. Purchasing the Empowered Battle Pass gives you even more rewards, with prizes such as Legendary Gems, and Rare and Legendary Crests.

Treasure Trove for Casual Players

This is for players who only play casually and only want a slight boost to help them get a bit stronger. The Treasure Trove doesn't cost much and gives you a Legendary Gem and a few Eternal Orbs.

What To Buy First

Empowered Battle Pass

The Battle Pass Provides the best value among all IAP you can purchase and if you're going to buy any IAP at all in the game, the Battle Pass should be the first item you'll want.

Battle Pass Guide

Treasure Trove

The Treasure Trove is the next most worth item to buy after the Battle Pass. They provide a lot of value for their price and are one of the best possible purchases you can make in the game. Be wary as these Troves are limited so you cannot repeatedly buy the same trove over and over which makes the purchase much more worth it.

Eternal Orbs

Eternal Orbs are the lesser priority of the three and should only be bought if you have excess money to spend for the game. They can be used to purchase other items that your character is in desperate need of like Crests for Legendary Gems or even awakening legendary gear!

Microtransactions that You Shouldn't Buy

Boon of Plenty

As of the closed beta test, the rewards for Boon of Plenty weren't received well by the community and didn't present a good value for money. Unless their model changes on launch, it would be wise to stay away from this one.
