Rhodri the Red can be fought in Crimsonblade Haven during the Quest Parlay with Peril.
Jin will be an NPC that will assist you as you fight against Rhodri. If you can manage to have Rhodri concentrate on Jin, it will make the fight against him far easier now that his attacks will be focused on Jin instead of you. Classes like the Necromancer may also benefit from having a minion following them around, as Rhodri can focus on that as well.
This will also make things easier once he summons his "dog" – due to the large HP pool of this summon, it will be easier to fight against Rhodri without both him and his pet attacking you at the same time.
A quick slash attack that Rhodri executes, sending a short wave of water at you for minimal damage. This attack is difficult to dodge and spot, which may allow Rhodri to sneak several of these attacks against you.
Rhodri's "special" attack where a large, circular area of effect will appear that, when triggered, will knock you back and temporarily stun you. Afterwards, several smaller circles will appear on the ground that will cause the same effects.
This attack can be easy to avoid if you don't spam any attacks against Rhodri and thus locking you in an attack animation, making it difficult to run away once he triggers this attack.
