In order to preload the game for the PC Open Beta, you will need to have a Windows PC that meets the minimum system requirements, and a pre-registered Battle.net account for Diablo Immortal.
Once pre-registered, simply launch the Battle.net desktop application, log-in using your account, and select the option to Install PC Beta to begin the download. Do note that the download requires 26.80 GB of free disk space.
PC Open Beta: Everything We Know So Far
Unfortunately, no updates have been given regarding preload options for iOS and Android. To get notified about when the game becomes available for download, simply pre-register for Diablo Immortal at either the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Note: When you pre-register, make sure to select the option to automatically install the game when it becomes available. Launch day will have different roll-out times for each region which could affect when you can preload the game.
