All Cosmetic Sets and How to Get Them

Cosmetic sets are visual upgrades to your characters that can be obtained by playing the game, unlocking rewards through the Battle Pass, buying them from the shop, or by pre-registering in the game. Learn more about Cosmetic Sets, what they do, and where they can be obtained in Diablo Immortal.

Note from Game8	Cosmetic Sets in Diablo Immortal are character-bound and not account-wide! Much like Battle Pass progression, purchased cosmetic sets will only be available for the character that bought the skin.

The primary method for obtaining Cosmetic Sets will be via purchases from Diablo Immortal's in-game shop. Spend real money to get Eternal Orbs which can then be exchanged for any of the Standard or Collector's Edition cosmetic sets available.

Earn Cosmetic Sets from the Battle Pass

The Empowered Battle Pass will contain a cosmetic set after you max out its levels. Purchase the Season 1 Empowered Battle Pass to receive the Ghosts of Ashwold cosmetic set that comes with its own custom icon frame and Town Portal skin.

Reward for Pre-Registration Milestone

The Horadric Legacy cosmetic set will be free to claim for all players after Diablo Immortal reached its pre-registration milestone. Make sure to claim yours before the first 30 days of the game are up!

Become the Immortals of the Server

One of the more difficult cosmetic sets to obtain would be the Anointed Immortal cosmetic set. In order to get it for a limited time, players will need to become the Immortals of their server.

What Are Cosmetic Sets

Visual Character Upgrades

Cosmetic Sets are a special type of item that you can equip to change the appearance of your character's weapons and armor. These sets come in two types - Standard and Collector's Editions. The only difference between the two is that the Collector's Edition cosmetic sets will have a with a custom Town Portal skin in the bundle.

Note: Cosmetic Sets do not affect your gear ranks or character stats. These are all purely for cosmetic purposes.

Cosmetic Sets are Character-Bound and not Account-Wide

Do note that purchased cosmetic sets are bound to the purchasing character and are not account-wide. If you have multiple characters, only the purchasing one will receive the cosmetic set. Other characters will have to re-purchase the cosmetic set in order to equip it.

Transmog Replacement for Diablo Immortal

Unlike the previous transmogrification (transmog) system available in Diablo 3, Immortal employs a mix between monetized Cosmetic Sets and Legendary Essence Transfers in order to achieve player customization. While limited, the former functions much like transmogs by only changing your character's appearance and nothing else.
