| Rank | Criteria |
|---|---|
 | S-ranked Gems will significantly impact your character througout the game. These are the best of the best, offering great efficiency and overall power to your builds across multiple forms of content from the get-go. |
 | A-ranked gems can be just as good as the S-ranked gems in terms of efficiency, but fall just a bit lower in overall power level. Treat these as complimentary pieces to the S Tier Gems when making builds. |
 | B-ranked gems can be great but are very situational. These can only be fully maximized through certain classes or depending on whether you're playing PvP or PvE. Players should at least have some of these gems to supplement specific aspects of their builds or compensate for their deficiencies. |
 | C-ranked gems have little noticeable effects when used. Resources are better spent elsewhere rather than ranking them up. Slot them if you have no other gems but quickly replace them when you can. They can even be considered as fodder for upgrading other gems. |
Every gem is placed in these tiers based on three key factors:

 Fervent Fang

Each time you deal damage to an enemy, that enemy now takes 0.80% increased from your attacks, up to a maximum increase of 8% at 10 stacks. | ||
 Power and Command
★★ |
Power and Command alternates states every 9 seconds. Power increases your Primary Attack damage by 8%. Command increases all other skill damage by 8%. | ||
 Berserker's Eye
★ |
Increases all damage you deal by 5.00%, but increases all damage you take by 6%. | ||
 Chained Death
★ |
Increases damage done by your attacks by 1.50% per target hit, up to a maximum of 4.5% with 3 targets. | ||
 Everlasting Torment
★ |
Your critical hits inflict agony, dealing 16.7% Base damage + 202 every second for 3 seconds. Each enemy can only be affected by this once every 6 seconds. | ||
