Cross-Progression is a feature that allows you to play a game on separate devices that share the same game progress. This makes it possible to play one account on Diablo Immortal with both PC and Mobile, allowing players to play at home and on the go!

If you find yourself not being to carry over the progress of one character from one device to the other, here's a simple fix. Be sure you're logged in with the same account and you select the same server you initially chose on your first device to ensure that your progression will be carried over the two devices.

How to Connect Your PC and Mobile Progress

Log in to Your Battle.Net Account on Mobile

It's as simple as logging in to your Battle.net account on your mobile. Without doing so, your account will be set as a “guest” account and its progress will only be tied to that device. Once linked, you can now start playing the same game on other devices as long as you log in to your Battle.net account there!

Link to Your Mobile Account via Battle.net

When starting up Diablo Immortal for the first time on Battle.net, you get a prompt asking if you've already played the game on mobile.

Select Yes to Link to Mobile Account

Selecting Yes will allow you to link your mobile account data to your Battle.net account, allowing you to continue your mobile progress.

Select No to Disregard Mobile Account Progress

Selecting No will make it so that you won't be able to link your mobile account progress, making you start from the beginning on your Battle.net account.

First Game Linked to Battle.net Becomes the Main Progress

If you have a guest account then played a game on your Battle.net and then connected your guest account, the progress on the first game played on the Battle.net account takes precedence over the guest account. Make sure to immediately link the account you want to invest your time on!

Collect Reward for Linking Accounts

You will receive a reward for linking your Battle.net and mobile accounts. This reward is the Heirs to Westmarch Frame, which is a cosmetic frame for your profile.

You will receive this reward in your mail, and you can equip it by tapping on your avatar on the top left of the screen, and selecting the avatar button, which looks like a person inside a ring.
