Diablo Immortal is Blizzard's newest MMORPG set in the Diablo universe. With heavy emphasis on player interaction, Diablo Immortal will not be available to play offline. Read on to find out what happens when you disconnect from online play.

Can You Play Diablo Immortal Offline?

The Servers Will Not Load

Players will not be able to play Diablo Immortal offline. Given that Diablo Immortal is an MMORPG, Blizzard's servers cannot be accessed without a stable internet connection.

Choose a server that gives you the most stable connection in order to minimize being disconnected!

Solo or PvE/PvP Play Unavailable

Players without solid or stable internet connections will not have access to any "gameplay features" for the game. This means that players won't even be able to get past the Main Menu Screen and perform any gameplay involving PvP or PvE, including any access to Dungeons, Areas, Events, Items, Weapons, and more.

What Happens If You Get Disconnected While Playing?

Players Will Have Ten Seconds to Retry

In case players lose their internet connection while playing Diablo Immortal, the game will give players ten seconds to try and reconnect. Failure to do so will land players back on the main menu screen.

Players can keep pressing retry to refresh the countdown.

Players Will Reconnect Back to the Same Spot

Regardless of whether or not players are in battle, they will return to the same place after finding a suitable internet connection. Be careful as time still moves within the server so enemies can still damage you.
