How to Unlock City of the Light

This quest is unlocked right after defeating Lethes in the main story quest, Battle for the Shard, which takes place in Ashwold Cemetery.

Note: It is required to be at Level 20 before you can do this quest. If you're still not at Level 20 by this point, your best option would be to go around the area and kill some monsters for a while.

City of the Light Quest Walkthrough

Objective

Open up a portal
After defeating Lethes and talking to Xul, interact with the spot indicated by the quest marker to open up a portal.
2 Enter the Portal you created to get to Westmarch.

Lieutenant Dunn
Talk to Lieutenant Dunn, who is right in front of you, upon entering Westmarch.

Piri
Talk to Piri, who is on the bridge a little northwest of Lieutenant Dunn.

Charsi
Head even further northwest and follow the objective marker to find Charsi. Select Quest to continue with the main quest.

Cain
Reach Cain's Workshop, which can be found by heading further northwest. Enter Cain's workshop and talk to him to move into the next quest.
