Unload Your Strongest Attacks

Use your entire arsenal of powerful Skills to deal tons of damage to the Treasure Goblin. Spam your primary attack and skills to deal as much damage as you can. Using Damage-type skills work the best at this.

Don't Stop Hitting It

Do not stop attacking the Treasure Goblin or else it will escape via a portal. Chase after it and continue attacking it nonstop until it perishes.

Ignore All Other Enemies

The moment you see a Treasure Goblin, focus all your attention on it, and ignore all enemies around you. Taking down the Treasure Goblin as fast as possible is of paramount importance.

If ignoring enemies's attacks might be too dangerous for you, try using any Dash Skills you have at your disposal to avoid enemies and catch up with the Treasure Goblin.

Gang Up on It

Having a other players with you in a Party makes it much easier to surround the Treasure Goblin from all sides and take it down easier.

Raise OR/DR

If all else fails, and you still couldn't successfully kill a Treasure Goblin, then you may need to take some time off to raise your ORDR, which is your offense and defense rating, so that you will be able to deal sufficient damage to the Treasure Goblin.

There are several ways to do this: By obtaining better gear, upgrading Gear Ranks, using Legendary Gems, and upgrading the Helliquary.
