How to Unlock A Captain's Need

This quest is unlocked immediately after completing the Answers in the East quest.

A Captain's Need Quest Walkthrough

Objective
1 Leave the Tavern
After talking to the Bartender in the previous quest, walk out of the tavern and listen to some Pirates talking. Prepare for a battle.
2 Defeat the Pirates
Defeat the nine Pirates to advance.
Rewards:
・20,000 EXP
・750 Gold
3 Jacktar Brute
Once all the Pirates have been defeated, talk to the Jacktar Brute.
4 Talk to Captain Rehm
Next, talk to Captain Rehm who is also nearby. He will need to be talked to twice before proceeding to the next quest, To the Docks.

Gather
If you have a Gather skill, use it to gather the brigands into one place, where it will be easier to eliminate them all with one skill use.
