1 Star Legendary Gem List

Berserker's Eye ★	Increases all damage you deal by 5.00%, but increases all damage you take by 6%.
Ca'arsen's Invigoration ★	Increases the speed of your Primary Attack by 6%.
Chained Death ★	Increases damage done by your attacks by 1.50% per target hit, up to a maximum of 4.5% with 3 targets.
Defiant Soul ★	Each time you block an attack you deal 50% base damage + 801 to all nearby enemies. Cannot occur more often than once every 3 seconds.
Everlasting Torment ★	Your critical hits inflict agony, dealing 16.7% Base damage + 202 every second for 3 seconds. Each enemy can only be affected by this once every 6 seconds.
Freedom and Devotion ★	Increases the duration of your summons by 8.00%.
Mocking Laughter ★	Your Primary Attack forces non-Elite monsters it hits to attack you for 2 seconds.
Nightmare Wreath ★	You have a 10% chance when you kill an enemy to cause other nearby enemies to flee in fear for 1 second. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds.
Pain of Subjugation ★	You deal 5.50% increased damage to enemies suffering loss of control.
Respite Stone ★	Decreases all damage you take by 0.55% for every 10% your Life is below maximum, up to maximum damage decrease of 5.5%.
Seled's Weakening ★	Gain 6.00% increased damage for 60 seconds after killing an Elite monster.
The Black Rose ★	Each time you are attacked, you have a 10% chance to summon vines that Immobilize the attacker for 1.5 seconds. Each enemy cannot be affected by this more than once every 12 seconds.
Trickshot Gem ★	Your Channeled skills consume energy 8.00% slower.
Zod Stone ★	Increases the duration of your Ultimate Skills by 16.00%.

Battleguard ★★	Decreases all melee damage you take by 8.00% from enemies within 3 yards.
Bloody Reach ★★	Increases all damage you deal by 2.00% for every 2 yards between you and the enemy hit. Maximum increase of 8% at 8 yards.
Cutthroat's Grin ★★	Gain 8.00% increase Critical Hit Chance when attacking from behind.
Fervent Fang ★★	Each time you deal damage to an enemy, that enemy now takes 0.80% increased from your attacks, up to a maximum increase of 8% at 10 stacks.
Follower's Burden ★★	Increases all damage you deal by 1.00% for each summon you control, up to a maximum increase of 6%
Lightning Core ★★	Your Primary Attacks and movement slowly charge you up with electricity. When fully charged, your next Primary Attack will release chain lightning, dealing 90% base damage + 1,134 to nearby enemies. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds.
Power and Command ★★	Power and Command alternates states every 9 seconds. Power increases your Primary Attack damage by 8%. Command increases all other skill damage by 8%.
The Hunger ★★	Heal 40% base damage +567 Life each time you defeat an enemy. Cannot occure more often than once every 20 seconds.
Unity Crystal ★★	You and all party members take 0.50% reduced damage per additional party member within 6 yards of you.

Blood-Soaked Jade ★★★★★	Increases all damage you deal by up to 8% while at full Life, with a minimum bonus of 4% while at low Life. Increases your Movement Speed by 10%.
Bottled Hope ★★★★★	Using a skill to grant a buff increases the target's damage done and movement speed by 8.00% for 6 seconds. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds per target.
Chip of Stoned Flesh ★★★★★	Each time you cause an enemy total loss of control, you will also apply an explosive curse. When the curse expires, the enemy will explode for damage equal to 45% of all damage taken during its duration, up to a maximum of 150.00% base damage. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds per target.
Echoing Shade ★★★★★	Your attacks have a 15% chance to summon a shadow clone for 8.00 seconds that gains some of your abilities.
Howler's Call ★★★★★	Your Primary Attack has a 10% chance to summon a charging spirit wolf that inflicts 150% base damage + 1458 to all enemies in its path. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds.
Phoenix Ashes ★★★★★	Prevents fatal damage, and then grants a shield for 6 seconds that absorbs damage equal to 450% of your base damage. Cannot occur more often than once every 180 seconds.
Seeping Bile ★★★★★	Your attacks 4% chance to poison enemies, inflicting 25% base damage + 263 every second for 6 seconds. This poison spreads to nearby enemies if the victim dies. Cannot affect the same target more often than once every 20 seconds.
Zwenson's Haunting ★★★★★	When you defeat an enemy, a dark beast attacks nearby enemies, dealing 50% base damage + 486 to all nearby enemies. Cannot occur more than once every 6 seconds.

Enhancing an Elder Rift with a Rare Crest increases the chance of getting a Legendary Gem after a successful run, while using Legendary Crests guarantees that you will get a Legendary Gem.

Craft at the Apprentice Jeweler

You can craft Legendary Gems with the help of the Apprentice Jeweler using Runes, which are found in Elder Rifts or Challenge Rifts. Crafting a Legendary Gem this way might take a while due to the rarity of some Runes. Players can also craft a random Legendary Gem which can vary in Star Rank.

How to Craft Legendary Gems

Talk to an Apprentice Jeweler

	Explanation
1	Head to the Apprentice Jeweler. You can easily find it by looking for a diamond icon on safe zones.
2	Select the Craft Tab and pick a gem.
3	Select Ok.

Apart from specific gems, players can craft a random Legendary Gem using Ati Runes.

There are three types of random crafting in the Apprentice Jeweler's list: one is for obtaining a random 1-star Legendary Gem, another for 2-star Legendary Gems, and the last for all the ranks, which can result in a 1, 2, and even a 5-star Legendary Gem.

How to Use Legendary Gems

Equip in Primary Gear Slot

1	Go to the equipment screen.
2	Choose the piece of equipment you want to equip a gem on. The item's gem socket should be vacant to equip a gem.
3	Select the Gem that suits the equipment best. Don't forget that Gems can be freely removed and replaced without consequences.

Legendary Gems are equipped on your character's primary gear slots. This means you can equip a total of six different Legendary Gems on your character. The higher the rank of each gem, the greater its effects and Gem Resonance, which serves as a multiplier to your gear's base stats.

Acquire Gem Fragments Upgrade gem at the Apprentice Jeweler

Acquire Gem Fragments

You need Gem Fragments to fill a gem's power and upgrade it to the next rank. These Gem Fragments are obtained from converting Legendary Gems, so excess gems or gems you don't want to use will still have a purpose.

The number of stars the Legendary Gem has and its rank will determine the number of Gem Fragments it will give when converted. Remember that converting a gem will destroy it and is irreversible.

Upgrade Gem at the Apprentice Jeweler

Once you have enough Gem Fragments, head over to the Upgrade tab on the Apprentice Jeweler. Select the Legendary Gem you want to rank up and fill its Gem Power bar with the required number of Gem Fragments.
