Rank Increases Upon Leveling Up

Skills can gain ranks to upgrade the skills' effect and make it stronger than before.

Ranks are gained automatically as you advance in levels, so as long as you're grinding for experience and leveling up, your skills will be upgraded as well.

Using Charms to Add Bonuses to Skills

Aside from leveling up your character, players can also use special items known as Charms to add bonuses to random skills.

Using Charms alongside level grinding is good way to bump certain skill power a few notches higher.

Max Rank Varies Per Skill

The maximum rank varies per skill. What this means is that other skills can already reach its cap early on, while other skills continue to increase its rank and become stronger as players gain more levels.

It is recommended to try out multiple skills and be aware of its maximum rank to be able to make a powerful skillset to suit your playstyle.

Skill Types Explained

Primary Attacks

Primary attacks are known as the normal attacks of a character that can be used without having to wait for any cooldown whatsoever unlike secondary skills.

Characters have two primary attacks, but only one can be equipped during battle.

Secondary Skills

Secondary skills are the character's special abilities that are usually much stronger than primary attacks, should it be an offensive skill. Other secondary skills can also be a defensive type of ability, such as putting up shields and the like.

Unlike primary attacks, however, secondary skills have a cooldown period, meaning that players would have to wait for a couple of seconds before they could use the skill again.

Characters will be able to unlock a plethora of secondary skills. However, equipping of secondary skills maxes out to four.
