The Icon of Rebirth can be found in the Tomb of Fahir in the Shassar Sea area, and can be first encountered through the Main Quest Fahir's Legacy.

Similar to the Icon of Souls, Rebirth will remain rooted to one spot in the fight area, with a wide open space behind it that you can go to for attacks on its backside. As soon as you enter the fight area, make a dash for its back and attack it from there with relative safety.
The only "dangerous" aspect about Rebirth is its ability to summon numerous regular enemies that can rush you. If possible, use area of effect attacks that can easily destroy these enemies while also dealing damage to Rebirth for a quick and easy fight.
If you attack its back throughout a majority of the fight, Rebirth can still disturb the relative safety of the area by trying to strike you with beam attacks that fall down from the sky. These can be easily seen by the "red circle" that appears just beneath Rebirth's target area right before the beam hits – move away from these red circles as soon as you see them.
Unlike the Icon of Souls' summons, Rebirth's summons happen fast and with a larger number of enemies. While not difficult to deal with, these enemies need to be taken out so that they won't be able to pose a larger threat you'll have to deal with later on down the line – as soon as they're summoned, try and take them out immediately.
