Raid the Vault bug

There is a known bug when raiding the vault in Diablo Immortal that cause players to get stuck! Read on to know about what causes this bug and solutions on how to get out of the vault!

Raid the Vault: Stuck on the Fourth Floor

No Teleportation Portal on Last Floor

After clearing the vault, you will find yourself not finding any enemies and the dungeon being at 100% completion. However, despite this, no exit will be found on the last floor. This error can be considered a bug in the game as a portal should appear after eliminating all enemies on this floor.

Porting to Party Members is Disabled

Unfortunately, porting to other party members is also disabled. This makes adding other players and navigating to them not an option.

Unstuck Feature Puts You in Floor Entrance

The unstuck feature will indeed move your character but instead of putting you outside the dungeon, it will only put you on the entrance of the current floor. This essentially still leaves you in a stuck state in the dungeon.

How to Exit Fourth Floor

Unfortunately, the only known fix is to exit the game and not come back for several hours. After doing so, the instance dungeon will disappear and will put your character back to the Shadow's Clan entrance.

Thats not work either to me event closed but i evere still in vault area . Customer service rescued my char.
