Saturnus is located northwest of the Ueno Park Leyline Fount in Taito, and is accessible upon entering the region following the Chase Through Shakan main quest events.

This subquest is exclusive to the Canon of Vengeance.

Players on Canon of Creation will not encounter this quest in their initial playthrough, but can be encountered during their New Game+ run by choosing the Canon of Vengeance this time.

How to Complete God of Old, Devourer of Kin

Objectives
1 Upon meeting Saturnus, he will ask you to defeat Zeus.
2 You will need to defeat Zeus and Odin together as part of the main quest.
▶How to Beat Zeus and Odin Boss Fight
3 Return to Saturnus, but be prepared for a battle, because he will challenge you.
▶How to Beat Saturnus
4 After defeating Saturnus, you will receive 2 Fire Sutra, Saturnus' Essence, and unlock him for fusion.

Use Ice Skills and Avoid Fire

Saturnus Stats

Saturnus is weak to Ice but absorbs Fire, nulls Light, and resists Dark.

Bring demons with strong Ice skills or use Physical or Almighty critical hits to do damage and gain Press Turns.

Demons With Bufubarion

Block Fire Before Saturnus' Magatsuhi

When Saturnus gathers Magatsuhi, use a Fire Dampener item or the Fire Block skill to absorb his incoming Maragibarion and deny him Press Turns.

Alternatively, demons Ice Immunity in their Affinities can also force Saturnus' turn to end early.
