SMT V Leyline fount

Leyline Founts are blue light pillars scattered around the overworld. These pillars serve not just as a save point, but you can also use it to recover HP, fast travel, fuse demons, and access Gustave's shop.

There are twenty manual save slots in Shin Megami Tensei V. We recommend fully utilizing each slot for backup save files that will let you return to specific points of the game just in case you mess something up like making unwanted and irreversible decisions.

Is There an Autosave Feature?

No Autosave Feature

Shin Megami Tensei V does not have an autosave feature. You will be sent back to the main menu when your team falls in battle. In other words, you can lose a lot of progress if you don't use the leyline founts' save feature regularly.
