Build a Party of Fire-Blockers
Moloch, Flauros, and Orobas all use powerful Fire skills. This fight will be significantly easier if almost everyone in your party can block Fire attacks.
Defeat Flauros First, Then the Two Orobas
Focus on them on at a time. It might be better to take Flauros down first, since he has very high Physical damage. Once Orobas and Flauros are gone, Moloch will be a cakewalk.
Hit Them With Ice
Moloch, Flauros, and Orobas are all weak to Ice, so use Bufu skills to deal damage and extend your turns. If your Fire-blocking party doesn't have Ice attacks, you can equip them with Essences or use Ice Gems.
Best Demons to Use Against Moloch

Demons that Block Fire
Flauros and Dionysus block Fire, while Orobas and Isis are resistant to it. Dakini has the benefit of being resistant to both Fire and Physical.
Demons that Cast Ice
Qing Long is the ideal Ice-caster, since it isn't weak to Fire. That aren't many other demons like this, so it's advisable to fuse Essences into your other demons. Sarasvati, Black Frost, Belphegor, Silky and Parvati Essences all have good Ice skills. Otherwise, using Ice Shards and Ice Gems is a good alternative.
Buffs, Debuffs, and Healing
Isis has a great defense buff with Marakukaja, but needs to be taught a healing spell to be more effective. Dominion is a good healer but is weak to Dark, so make sure to take out Flauros fast.
