The quest-giver is a Mokoi who you can find sitting on debris a little before you reach the Nihonbashi Leyline Fount.

・You handed the Gibbon Guitar, the Large Model Kit, and the TV-Game Combination to the Mokoi and fulfilled the request.

How to Complete One Mokoi's Trash...

Objectives
1 One Mokoi
You can find the quest-giving Mokoi right before the Nihonbashi Leyline Fount, sitting on collapsed debris. Talk to it and accept its quest.
2 One Mokoi
The Mokoi will ask you to get three items from the areas ahead. You will be able to find the items marked on the map.
3 One Mokoi
The first one can be easily found east of the Awajicho Leyline Fount. You will need to fall to the bottom to get it.
4 One Mokoi
The second one you can find by warping to the Mansei Bridge Leyline Fount, heading a bit northeast, and jumping down into the gap between two buildings.
5 One Mokoi
The third one can be found out in the open, far northeast of the Mansei Bridge Leyline Fount.
6 One Mokoi
Once you have all three items, return to the Mokoi to end the quest. You will receive 1 Kaiwan's Essence and 13000 EXP as a reward.
