The quest-giver is a Yatagarasu who is located a little northwest of the Ueno Leyline Fount. You will need to approach from the upper right side of the map to get up there.

How to Complete On Bended Knees

Objectives
1 On Bended Knees 1
Talk to Yatagarasu, northwest of the Ueno Leyline Fount. It will ask you for 3 Ambrosia. Accept its quest.
2 On Bended Knees 2
If you already have 3 Ambrosia in your inventory, you can complete the quest immediately. If you don't, you can purchase Ambrosia from Cadaver's Hollow for 3000 Macca each.
3 On Bended Knees 3
After you've given Yatagarasu the 3 Ambrosia, he will be made available as a quest navigator and can be found next to the Ueno Leyline Fount.
