Weak to Ice Weak to Mirage Prepare to cleanse ailments Bring Force Dampeners

Weak to Mirage

Seth is vulnerable to every ailment but it's a lot easier to inflict Mirage on him than every other ailment. Protect your team from Seth's attacks by using skills like Fogna or Mist Rush to inflict Mirage and lower his accuracy.

List of Status Ailments

Prepare to Cleanse Ailments

Tentarafoo and Frenzied Chomp can inflict various ailments that you shouldn't ignore, especially Confusion and Charm, which can turn your allies against you. Cleanse these ailments immediately using items like Amrita Shower or skills like Me Patra.

Bring Force Dampeners

Seth will use Mazandyne first the next round after using Omagatoki: Critical, which will deal heavy Force damage on your team. Use a Force Dampener when Seth gathers Magatsuhi to block the attack and end his turn right away.

Demons with High Ice Skill Potential

Use Seth's weakness to Ice to deal heavy damage and get a free press turn for every successful Ice skill hit. Bring demons with high Ice skill potential like Sui-Ki and Ananta so you can use Ice skills efficiently.

Skills with Mirage Effect

Seth is weak to the Mirage than every other ailment, and inflicting this ailment on Seth will make him miss most of his attacks. Since it can also deal damage, the most efficient skill to inflict Mirage is Mist Rush, which can naturally be learned by Scathach, Ganesha, and Siegfried.

Resistant to Physical and Electric

If you plan to use Force Dampeners to block Mazandyne each time Seth uses Omagatoki: Critical, the only damaging skills you should worry about are his two Physical skills and Mazandyne. Make sure your demons are resistant to both affinities (or at least not weak to both) before you initiate the boss fight.

Demons like Siegfried and Ananta are great press turn burners as they can absorb Physical and block Electric, respectively.

How to find Seth

Seth can be found flying around Minato even in the early parts of the game but the boss fight against him can only be triggered by going up the highway on the east side of Odaiba.

The leyline fount of Odaiba will only be revealed in Minato after accepting the subquest The Egyptian's Fate from the Dominion in Taito.
