This quest can be undertaken by talking to Jikokuten northeast of Mansei Bridge in Chiyoda.

Note: This quest will only be available after completing the sidequest The Ancient Guardian.

How to Complete Keeper of the East

Objectives
1	Talk to Jikokuten northeast of Mansei Bridge in Chiyoda. Note: This quest will only be available after completing the sidequest The Ancient Guardian.
2	The Lord's Sword you obtained from Arahabaki will awaken Jikokuten. Jikokuten will then challenge you to battle. Defeat Jikokuten to complete the quest. ・How to Beat Jikokuten
3	After defeating Jikokuten, you will be rewarded with 1 Large Glory Crystal and 70000 EXP.

Hit with Fire and Defend Against Ice

There are several Fire-based attackers that aren't weak to Ice such as Eligor and Quetzalcoatl. However, seeing as Jikokuten only uses its Ice skill after tapping into Magatsuhi, you can remedy this by using Fire Dampener.

Jikokuten Uses Mabufula After Tapping Into Magatsuhi

Jikokuten casts Mabufula after it taps into its Omagatoki: Critical skill. Make sure your Nahobino casts Ice Dampener so your entire party blocks Mabufula, effectively cutting off Jikokuten's turns.

Keep Debuffing Jikokuten

Use skills such as Tarunda and Rakunda to lower Jikokuten's attack and defense, respectively. This way you'll be able to defang Jikokuten while making him more vulnerable to your attacks.
