Near Ginza in Chiyoda
The Netherworld Relay Race can be unlocked in Chiyoda, just southwest of the Ginza Leyline Fount. Speak to the Orobas standing inside the ruined building.

How to Complete Netherworld Relay Race
| Objectives | |

| 1 | Meet Orobas in Ginza. He wants you to race to the Sukibayashi Department Store nearby. |
| 2 | During the race your Moon Phase will be reset and you must reach the waypoint before the full moon. A faster time increases the reward. ▶How to Finish the Race Quickly |
| 3 | Use of Magatsu Rails is allowed, but you will not be able to Fast Travel using Leyline Crossing. ▶How to Use Magatsu Rail |
| 4 | Return to Orobas for your reward. The minimum reward is Agility Balm x1 but completing it fast will earn 2 more Agility Balms. |
How to Finish the Race Quickly
Unlock Magatsu Rails Early
The standard route for the race (shown in the above picture as Route A) is a manual route that goes the long way around. With minimal delays from battles or getting lost, only 2-3 moon phases will pass before reaching the destination.
The fastest route is shown as Route B, and requires you to unlock the Magatsu Rails in the area. Simply board the rail northeast of the Ginza Leyline Fount and cross the gap almost instantly, ready to hit the waypoint.
