Koumokuten uses Magatsuhi early on in the Fight. During its first turn, Koumokuten will tap into Magatsuhi after casting a debuff spell on your party.
Make sure to use Force Dampener as Koumokuten will cast Mazanma on your party when it gets a chance to attack in its next turn.
While Koumokuten has skills that can debuff you, it does not have other Support skills that can negate debuffs you cast onto it. Use skills like Tarunda and Rakunda to lower Koumokuten's attack and defense respectively, to make it more vulnerable to your attacks.
On normal turns, Koumokuten will attack your party using its Phys attacks after casting one of its debuff skills.
You can remedy this by two ways: Keep debuffing Koumokuten's attack using Tarunda at least once during every turn. This way, Koumokuten's attack will inflict much less damage onto you and your allies.
Another way is by casting Phys Dampener during your turn—effectively blocking Koumokuten's Phys attack, keeping your party safe.

Koumokuten has quite the skillset to debilitate your party—possessing both Marakunda and Masukunda. Bring along demons that have Dekunda that can negate all status debuff effects on all allies.
Dominion is a good choice as it can learn Dekunda and Shockbound, an Elec-based attack which Koumokuten is weak to.
Koumokuten is weak to Electric attacks, and so bringing along demons that have Elec skills can greatly benefit you with the weakness-exploit system.
