How to Complete A Sobering Standoff

Objectives
1	Talk to Dionysus, who is standing right next to the Sukiyabashi Leyline Fount. Accept his quest to defeat Black Frost.
2	Black Frost can be found close to the Ginza Leyline Fount. Simply head northwest into a building after warping to Ginza.
3	Talk to the Black Frost. In order to continue down Dionysus' questline, choose Fulfill Dionysus' request. If you wish to transfer to Black Frost's questline, choose Talk to him. ・Black Frost's questline: Black Frost Strikes Back
4	Choosing to fulfill Dionysus' request will launch you into battle with Black Frost. Defeat Black Frost to fulfill the quest objective. ・How to Beat Black Frost
5	Return to Dionysus after defeating Black Frost to complete the quest. You will receive 1 Stamina Balm and 16000 EXP.

How to Beat Black Frost

Hit Him with Light

Black Frost is weak against Light, so bring demons who can cast powerful Hama skills. Take advantage of this weakness to gain more turns.

Prevent Weaknesses Against His Skills

Black Frost can use Ice and Dark skills, so It's important not to bring into battle anyone weak against these elements. Demons who Block or Absorb Ice and Dark will be valuable to making Black Frost lose his turns.

Black Frost's Mabufula skill can deal a lot of damage to your entiry party, so having someone with a good Media or Mediarama healing skill will be helpful.

Should I Choose Black Frost or Dionysus?

Choose Black Frost

Black Frost is clearly the superior demon here. Right off the bat, Black Frost will have access to powerful skills like Ice Dracostrike +3 and Black Dracostrike +4 which are good Strength-based elemental attacks, plus Mabufula and the ability to learn Endure.

Dionysus only has one elemental skill in Agilao +2 as you get him. And while Dionysus can learn good Physical skills, his Strength, Vitality, and Magic are much lower than that of Black Frost's.

Lastly, Black Frost will be very useful in the upcoming boss fights with Shohei Yakumo, Surt, and Ishtar. Shohei Yakumo and Ishtar are weak to Dark, while Surt is weak to Ice. Black Frost has both Ice and Dark skills.
