Eliminate the Agathions First Use Ice Attacks on Agathion Consistently Use Fire Attacks on Apsaras

Eliminate the Agathions First

Apsaras will spawn with three Agathions which can cast Dia, so you will want to take them down first as they can heal up Apsaras.

Use Ice Attacks on Agathion

Agathion is weak to Ice-type attacks, so Cast Bufu with Azumi, and use Mermaid's unique skill Stormcaller Song which deals Ice-type damage to all foes at random. Apsaras doesn't block Ice damage, she only resists it so your turn will not be shortened.

Consistently Use Fire Attacks on Apsaras

Hit Apsaras with Agi or other Fire attacks as Apsaras is weak to Fire. Take advantage of the weakness-exploit system by targeting Apsaras's weakness, and in turn, secure more turns for your team.

Best Demons to use Against Apsaras

Demons With Agi and Bufu

For this fight, Apsaras' elemental weakness is Fire-type attacks, but perhaps more importantly the Agathions that spawn with her are weak to Ice-based attacks. For this fight you will want to take out the Agathions first, so be sure to prioritize Demons with Bufu, and make sure Nahobino has access to Agi.

Demons That Block or Resist Ice Damage

Mermaid is espcially useful against Apsaras as she block's Apsaras' Ice-type attacks, shortening the enemy's turn and she can cast Ice-type attacks to take out the Agathions. Be careful though Mermaid is weak to Electric-type attacks, but if you buy three Elec Dampeners before the fight, you can easily take this fight on at level 15, possibly 14, on normal difficulty.

Healers

Angel has access to a unique healing spell called Humble Blessing which heals all party members a small amount, greatly increasing your chances of survival.# Where to Find Apsaras

You can find Apsaras in the location shown above on the map. After receiving a quest from Leanan Sidhe back track to the point on the map shown above to talk to Apsaras. Here you will have to choose a side. If you side with Leanan Sidhe you will be forced to fight Apsaras, but if you side with Apsaras you will be forced to fight Leanan Sidhe.
