The quest-giver is Okuninushi, located close to the Kanda-no-Yashiro Leyline Fount. This quest will only be available after completing the The Search for Oyamatsumi sidequest.

How to Complete Clash with the Kunitsukami

| 1 |  Talk to Okuninushi, who is closeby the Kanda-no-Yashiro Leyline Fount. He will challenge you to a fight. Accept it. Note: This quest will only be available after completing the The Search for Oyamatsumi sidequest. |
| 2 |  Accepting his challenge will lead you to fight the 4 Kunitsukami at the same time. Defeat the 4 Kunitsukami to fulfill the quest objective. ・How to Beat the Kunitsukami |
| 3 |  After defeating the 4 Kunitsukami, Okuninushi will reward you with the Kunitsu Talisman and 26000 EXP. |
How to Beat the Kunitsukami
Bring Down Okuninushi First
Okuninushi is the enemy team's healer, and has access to Media and Diarama, which could exhaust you in the long run. Make sure to defeat Okuninushi first. Once he's out of the way, you can take the others out in any order you wish.
Exploit Their Weaknesses
Okuninushi is weak to Ice. Oyamatsumi and Take-Minakata are weak to Fire. Sukuna-Hikona is weak to Electric. Take advantage of these weaknesses to extend your turns.
Defend Against Fire
Okuninushi goes first, and sometimes casts Agilao, so it's good to have a whole team that blocks Fire so that the enemy will lose turns quickly. It also helps to have 1 demon that blocks Electric to guard against Take-Minakata's Mazionga attack.
Buffs, Debuffs, and Healing
To make this an easier fight, bring in demons with buffs and debuffs for attack and defense. Having four powerful can be overwhelming so it helps to keep their damage in check. Increasing your attack will also help you bring Okuninushi down as fast as possible.
Furthermore, multi-target healing like Media is a must, as this fight can get quickly out of hand.
