After you've received the briefcase from the client, head towards the Tokyo Assembly Hall and exit the Terminal Room. Proceed to the area until you encounter a researcher who will receive the briefcase.

Finish the Subquest After Conversation Plays Out

Once the briefcase has been received by the recipient, a conversation about Yoko will play out. Finish the conversation to complete the subquest and earn the rewards.
