Black Frost is located close to the Ginza Leyline Fount. Simply head northwest and enter through the broken wall of a building to get there.

How to Complete Black Frost Strikes Back

Objectives
1	Talk to the Black Frost northwest of the Ginza Leyline Fount. Accept his quest to defeat Dionysus.
2	Head over to the Sukiyabashi Leyline Fount using the indicated path. Dionysus will be there.
3	Talk to Dionysus. If you wish to continue down Black Frost's questline, choose Fulfill Black Frost's request. If you wish to transfer to Dionysus' questline, choose Talk to him instead. ・Dionysus' questline: A Sobering Standoff
4	Choosing to fulfill Black Frost's request will throw you into battle with Dionysus. Defeat Dionysus to fulfill the quest objective. ・How to Beat Dionysus
5	Return to Black Frost after defeating Dionysus. You will be rewarded with 1 Health Balm and 16000 EXP. Black Frost will also join your party.

How to Beat Dionysus

Hit Him with Ice

Dionysus is weak against Ice, so bring demons who can cast powerful Bufu skills. Take advantage of this weakness to gain more turns.

Prevent Weaknesses Against His Skills

Dionysus has a small moveset, which includes one Fire skill, one Physical skill, and one Status Ailment skill. It's important not to bring into battle anyone weak against Fire.

Dionysus's Sexy Dance skill can pose the largest threat to your party. Make sure to stock up on Amrita Soda, or have a demon who can use Patra to cure the Charm status ailment.

Should I Choose Black Frost or Dionysus?

Choose Black Frost

Black Frost is clearly the superior demon here. Right off the bat, Black Frost will have access to powerful skills like Ice Dracostrike +3 and Black Dracostrike +4 which are good Strength-based elemental attacks, plus Mabufula and the ability to learn Endure.

Dionysus only has one elemental skill in Agilao +2 as you get him. And while Dionysus can learn good Physical skills, his Strength, Vitality, and Magic are much lower than that of Black Frost's.

Lastly, Black Frost will be very useful in the upcoming boss fights with Shohei Yakumo, Surt, and Ishtar. Shohei Yakumo and Ishtar are weak to Dark, while Surt is weak to Ice. Black Frost has both Ice and Dark skills.
