The quest-giver is an Incubus located up a mountain to the northwest of the North Shinagawa Leyline Fount.

・You delivered the letter to Silky. Deliver her reply to Incubus.
・You reported back to Incubus and fulfilled the request. You handed the Macca to Incubus, but things don't look hopeful.

How to Complete The One I Love

Objectives
1 The One I Love 1
Talk to the Incubus northwest of the North Shinagawa Leyline Fount. Accept his quest to deliver a letter to Silky in Fairy Village.

The One I Love 2
Silky is located west of the Fairy Village Leyline Fount.
3 The One I Love 3
Hand her the Incubus' Letter. She will read it and give her response.
4 The One I Love 4
Return to the Incubus with Silky's message to end the quest. You will receive 3 Grimoire and 5000 EXP as a quest reward.
5 The One I Love 5
After the quest is over, the Incubus will ask for 5000 Macca. Giving him the money will reward you with 1 Magic Incense. Denying him the money won't reward you with anything. Note: You can say no for now, and give him the 5000 Macca any time you want.
