Skill	Description
Frolic +3	Unique Skill: Chance of inflicting Charm to all foes. Lowers Attack/Defense by 2 ranks for 3 turns.
Mazandyne +5	Heavy Force attack to all foes.
Mabufudyne +5	Heavy Ice attack to all foes.
Hamabarion +6	Severe Light attack to 1 foe. Chance of instakill when striking weakness.
Hysterical Slap	2 weak Physical attacks to 1 foe. Greater effect if target is Charmed.
Mabufubarion +5	Severe Ice attack to all foes. Only used as a Magatsuhi Attack
Omagatoki: Critical	Magatsuhi Skill: All attacks, including magical attacks, will become Critical hits for all allies for 1 turn.

Cleopatra resists four affinities and drains Light so your only choices to deal at least decent damage are Physical, Dark (her weakness), and Almighty skills.

Demons with strong Physical skills like Ganesha and Cybele are recommended as well as demons with strong Dark skills like Lahmu and Atavaka. Since Cleopatra can use Ice, Force, and Light attacks, be sure to give your demons passives that will protect them if they are weak to any of these three affinities.

Cybele's Dark Sword can give your team the upper hand if the Seal effect procs. Although the chances are low because of Cleopatra's Seal resistance, you can keep spamming Dark Sword until Cleopatra is forced to only use her basic attack together with her low Strength stat.

Tao as support

Tao's Light of Order is extremely helpful in this fight especially if Cleopatra manages to inflict Charm on some of your allies as this skill heals, removes debuffs, and increase all stats of each party member in each use. Tao can also help with the damage dealing using Megidola but you'll need to manage your MP well since Light of Order consumes a huge part of her MP bar.

Cleopatra's signature move Frolic can inflict Charm to your team as well as lower your Attack and Defense stats. Immediately use an Amrita Shower (or Amrita Soda if only one is affected) to remove the Charm status from your allies. Tao's Light of Order is also useful for removing both the Charm status ailment and one rank of the stat debuffs applied by Frolic.

Bring Ice Dampeners

Cleopatra will use Mabufubarion the next round after gathering Magatsuhi. Since it is a guaranteed Severe critical hit to your team, you'll need to use an Ice Dampener to block the attack and end her turn immediately.

I'm lvl 50 and decided to see how well I could do against her, my best attempt I did 1/3rd her health but her damage was too much. Strangely enough even though I made about 7 attempts I have never seen her use Hysterical Slap or Mazandyne.
