Arioch will use Call Allies on his first turn and summon two Decarabia. Before you go all out on Arioch, take out the Decarabia first with Light attacks as they can use Megidola (deals heavy Almighty damage to all foes) and Masukukaja (raises all allies' Accuracy and Evasion), which can be annoying if left unattended.
Arioch will use Mabufudyne the next round after gathering Magatushi. Use an Ice Dampener to block the attack and make him lose his turn.
Even though Arioch only uses Mabufudyne after gathering Magatsuhi, he can still use Bufudyne on normal turns, which deals pretty much the same damage as Mabufudyne. Give Nahobino resistance to Ice using the essence of either Andras or Black Frost to make Arioch basically throw his turn if he attemps to use Bufudyne on the MC.
Since both Arioch and Decarabia possess high-damaging skills like Brave Blade and Megidola, it is highly advised to decrease their Accuracy with Masukunda or Lahmu's Silt of Ruin. You should also use these skills when Decarabia casts Masukukaja on their team.
The enemy team is resistant to all ailments but they are still vulnerable. Try using attacks that both deal damage and inflict status ailments like Mist Rush and Frenzied Chomp and avoid using "Status only" skills as they are most likely to miss.

The battle will start with Arioch summoning 2 Decarabia. Arioch is weak to Electric while Decarabia is weak to Light. This means that you need to have a diverse team setup to cover both weaknesses while also considering that the enemy team specializes in Ice and Fire attacks.
When it comes to support roles, your best choices at this point are Kushinada-Hime and Dominion. Kushinada-Hime can inherit Bowl of Hygieia from Parvati to overheal you with Mediarama while Dominion can double as attacker with Hamaon.
