Rescue Miyazu Atsuta Main Quest Guide

This is a complete walkthrough for Rescue Miyazu Atsuta and its continuing quests up until the battle with the Qadistu, which are the 13th, 14th, and 15th Main Quests in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance (SMT V). Read on for a detailed guide for each quest, general tips and strategies, and all Miman locations!

	Objective
1	Begin Rescue Miyazu Atsuta Quest After the conversation with Nuwa and Yakumo in Shinjuku, head back to the Bethel Meeting Room and start the Rescue Miyazu Atsuta Quest. Head back to your room and have a conversation with your friends.
2	Explore Bethel Egypt After the cutscene, you will be going to Bethel Egypt Approach and will be joined by Yuzuru Atsuta and Ichiro Dazai. Head towards the quest marker and be prepared to fight Isis and Lamia. After the battle, you will obtain a Lady Talisman.
3	Defeat Khonsu Continue heading on to the quest marker. This leads to a boss fight with Khonsu so be prepared and save beforehand. After the battle, the quest Rescue Miyazu Atsuta will be completed.
4	Head to Shinjuku 1st Block Open the Shinjuku 1st Block Leyline Fount and follow the objective pointer. After a short conversation with Mastema, Dazai Ichiro will leave the party and you will be able to complete the Investigate the Salt Incidents quest.
5	Explore Shinjuku The next main objective will appear on the west side of Shinjuku so you will be able to explore the area before moving forward. There will be a short event with Amanozako near the Shinjuku 3rd Block Leyline The abcess of Kabukicho, Shinjuku 3rd Block and Shinjuku Central Park are accessible
6	Head to the Main Objective marker After exploring, head towards the marker. You will engage in a conversation with Naamah, Shohei Yakumo and Nuwa. Afterwards, you will be asked to head back to Tokyo.

7	Start the Investigate Jozoji Temple quest Go to the Medical Research Lab leyline and talk to Koshimizu about the situation. You will be able to begin the "Investigate Jozoji Temple" quest.
8	Meet with Yuzuru in the Dorm Roof Return to your dorm and meet with Yuzuru on the dorm roof. After a brief conversation, he will join you as a guest character.
9	Approach Jozoji Temple Entering Jozoji Temple will bring you to a cutscene and a battle so make sure to save and get ready beforehand.
10	Defeat Shohei Yakumo and Nuwa After a short cutscene, you will be engaged in a battle with Shohei Yakumo and Nuwa.
11	Return to the Medical Research Lab After defeating Yakumo and Nuwa, head back to the Medical Research Lab and report it to Koshizumi The quest "Investigate Jozoji Temple" will be completed and you will be able to start the quest "Quadistu Showdown".

12	Teleport to Shinjuku 3rd Block Go all the way south and arrive at a Magatsu Rail that was previously blocked by a pair of Cherubs. Ride it all the way until you arrive West Shinjuku 1st Block. Head a bit more forward to trigger a conversation with Agrat.
13	Defeat the clones of Agrat After the conversation, Agrat will cast a curse on you, dimming your field of view. She will start ambushing you until you arrive to the Main Objective point. Defeating her clones here does not eliminate her actual body so defeat her copies while heading towards the marker. The end of the west side of the map will allow you to retrive Aogami Type=8
14	Defeat Agrat Save your game and approach the pointer. Defeat Agrat of the Qadistu.
15	Teleport to Shinjuku 3rd Block Go all the way south and arrive at a Magatsu Rail that was previously blocked by a pair of Cherubs. Ride it all the way until you arrive West Shinjuku 1st Block. Head a bit more forward to trigger a conversation with Agrat.
16	Defeat the clones of Agrat After the conversation, Agrat will cast a curse on you, dimming your field of view. She will start ambushing you until you arrive to the Main Objective point. Defeating her clones here does not eliminate her actual body so defeat her copies while heading towards the marker. The end of the west side of the map will allow you to retrive Aogami Type-8
17	Defeat Agrat Save your game and approach the pointer. Defeat Agrat of the Qadistu. After the battle, you will be free to explore West Shinjuku. You will find the West Shinjuku 2nd Block leyline fount nearby where your battle with Agrat took place in. Defeat the abcess in Shinjuku Central Park before proceeding to the marker.
18	Head to the Government Building 1 leyline fount From West Shinjuku 2nd Block leyline, head southwest to the marker. Open the Government Building 1 leyline, save and prepare yourself for a tough battle.
19	Defeat Lilith and the Qadistu After a cutscene, Lilith and the Qadistu will engage you in a battle. Concentrate on Lilith because she will summon the other Qadistu back one by one.
20	Complete Qadistu Showdown Quest After the battle, there will be several cutscenes playing. Afterwards, you will receive the Tsukiyomi Talisman and the quest "Qadistu Showdown" will be marked complete. Lilith, Agrat, Eisheth, and Naamah will be available for special fusion Yoko and Tao will also leave your party.

Battle Against Isis and Lamia

Recommended Level: 45
Tips and Strategy
[Use demons who block Electric Use Ice and Dark skills against them

Bring demons who block Electric, Force and Dark

You will be fighting Isis with two Lamias flanking her so you can concentrate on Isis while your demons deal with Lamia. Both demons use Electric attacks so bringing demons who resist or block Electric will be beneficial to the fight.

Use Ice skills against them

Spam Ice and Dark skills, like Mudoon or Ice Dracostrike to bring the fight to an end fast. We recommend bringing Yoko Hiromine, and Black Frost against Isis and Lamia.

Battle Against Khonsu

Recommended Level: 46
Tips and Strategy
Weak to Ice Defend against Fire and Light attacks Use Light Dampeners when Khonsu's Magatsuhi is charged

Use Ice skills against Khonsu

Spam Ice skills, like Bufula or Ice Dracostrike to bring the fight to an end fast. We recommend bringing Silky, Qing Long, or Black Frost against Khonsu.

Bring demons who block Light, and Fire

Khonsu has access to the second highest tier of Fire spells, Agidyne, that can damage you or your demons if you are not prepared. Change your affinities to counter him or bring demons who counter his attacks.

Use Light Dampeners when Khonsu's Magatsuhi is charged

Light Dampeners can put a stop to Khonsu's Magatsuhi charged Mahamaon, so make sure to cast one before your turn ends to prevent him from killing your party in one hit.

Battle Against Nuwa and Shohei Yakumo

Bring demons who block Force and Physical Utilize debuffs against them Use Fire and Dark skills against them

Bring demons who block Force and Physical

Hayataro is a premier example of a good counter against them as he can learn to resist both Physical and Force, which are their main sources of damage. Lahmu resists wind and can dish out Dark damage against Yakumo.

Utilize debuffs against them

This deadly duo can dish out a lot of damage in a short amount of time if you are not ready. Yakumo's physical skills hit hard coupled with his Electric skill, Galvanic Slash while Nuwa can unleash Zandyne or Mazandyne against your party. Make sure to use debuffs spells against them to lessen their hits against you.

Use Fire and Dark skills against them

We recommend bringing Lahmu, Yoko Hiromine, and Black Frost to cover Yakumo's Dark weakness and a demon that knows powerful Agi skills to take down Nuwa.

Battle Against Agrat

Tips and Strategy
Weak to Electric Defend against Ice and Fire Attacks

Use Elec skills against Agrat

Spam Elec attacks against her to add to your Press Turns while dealing extra damage against her. We recommend bringing Dominion, Yoko Hiromine, Hayataro and equipping Aogami Type-4 Essence to gain access to Ruinous Thunder if you are running a Magic build.

Bring demons who block Ice and Fire

Agrat is a tough demon to beat as she wields the strongest Ice attacks in the game. Alongside it is her Unique skills, Queen's Decree, that deals 12 instances of Almighty damage, that can hit hard when Concentrated. Lessen her Press Turns by using Dampeners or bringing demons that block Ice and Fire.

Battle Against the Qadistu

Tips and Strategy
Use Onyankopon's King of Tales Taunt Reflect with Tetrakarn Defeat Agrat first Debuff the Qadistu while buffing your team

Use Onyankopon's King of Tales Taunt

The Qadistu will be able to have 5 Press Icons per turn so it is very valuable that you cut their turns to prevent them doing damage to you. By using Onyankopon's King of Tales taunt, you will be able to draw the attention away from your team.

Reflect with Tetrakarn

Onyankopon's innate skill, Tetrakarn, will reflect any Physical damage coming towards you. Combining this with King of Tales, you can quickly dispel their numerous Press Icons before they do damage to your team.

Defeat Agrat first

Agrat is the most dangerous of the Qadistu as she wields high-tier magic that can wipe your team quickly if not dealt with fast. Concentrate on her, then on Eisheth to lessen the DPS of the Qaidstu, since Lilith and Namaah can only buff and charm.

Debuff the Qadistu while buffing your team

This is a very tough boss fight so, make sure to utilize your debuffs and buffs throughout the battle. Fuse demons with multihit -kaja or -nda skills so buffing and debuffing will be easier. Tao comes with some buffs of her own along with teamwide healing so we recommend bringing her along.

This Abscess will have two Mad Gassers appear in Shinjuku 3rd Block. They will use a combination of Toxic Cloud and Blight to increase their damage against Poisoned enemies. Retaliate by using Hama skills against them. We recommend using Tao Isonokami in this fight.

The Kabukicho Abscess will send Flauros, Orobas and Efreet, who are all weak to Ice. We recommend using Black Frost and Qing Long to bring into the fight to dish out Ice spells.
