A Universe in Peril Location

The portal leading to Shiva is located north of the Asakusa Leyline in Taito. It can be accessed after defeating Vasuki in the quest The Three Keys, but you need to at least be level 80 to be eligible to warp to Shiva.

You can access the sidequest at level 80, but it is highly recommended for your party to be at least level 96 before fighting Shiva.

How to Complete A Universe in Peril

Objectives
1	Access to Shiva • Defeat Vasuki in the quest The Three Keys. • Be at least level 80.
2	Approach the beam of light north of Asakusa in Taito to warp to Shiva.
3	Accept the sidequest and face Shiva in a boss fight. How to Beat Shiva
4	Defeating Shiva will complete the sidequest and will unlock him for Demon Fusion.

How to Beat Shiva

Exploit Shiva's weakness to Ice to deal significant damage as well as to rack up extra Press Turns.

Shiva will use Call Allies to summon demons to fight alongside him. If Shiva summons Ananta, prioritize taking it down as it has the skill to heal Shiva to max HP.

Consistently use buffs and debuffs in order to increase your party's resistance to Shiva's attacks. Having Dekunda and a couple of Purge Charms can help with removing debuffs caused by Shiva's unique skill Tandava.
