Bring Ice and Light Dampeners Use Fire and Lightning Attacks Use Ice Dampeners or Guard When Anahita Charges Magatsuhi

Bring Ice and Light Dampeners

Be sure to buy three Ice Dampeners and three Light Dampeners from Gustave before this fight, they will help out with blocking Anahita's moves.

Use Fire and Lightning Attacks

Use Agi and Zio as much as possible. Zhen is a good candidate for Demon around this level that can learn Zio. Have Mermaid in your party to block Anahita's Ice-based moves and Angel to both block Light damage and heal.

Use Ice Dampeners or Guard When Anahita Charges Magatsuhi

When Anahita starts charging Magatsuhi, be sure to Guard. Anahita also has a unique skill called Hellish Spurt which can deal heavy Ice-type damage if you aren't ready for it.

This is a pretty challenging fight, so it's recommended to level up to 20 rather than 18 to give yourself some extra stats, however if you enjoy the challenge going in at level 18 doable.

Best Demons to use Against Anahita

Demons With Agi and Zio

Anahita's elemental weakness is Fire and Electric-type attacks, so prioritize bringing Demons that have access to Agi aand Zio. You can also take advantage of Essences you've been collecting to have Nahobino or Demon inherit these skills.

Demons That Block or Resist Ice Damage

Mermaid is very useful against Anahita as she block's Anahita' Ice-type attacks, shortening the boss' turn. If you chose to side with Apsaras her questline, she is also good to have in this fight as she resists Ice damage.

Healers

Angel is the best candidate for healer in this fight for two reasons: he has access to a unique healing spell called Humble Blessing which heals all party members a small amount, and he blocks Anahita's Light-type attacks like Mahama.
