SMT V Seed of Life

This sidequest will only be available after choosing to Recreate the World and Save Tokyo and receiving the Seed of Life from Sophia at the World of Shadows after completing 75% of the Demon Compendium.

SMT V Maria Location

Once these conditions are met, you will have access to the sidequest by talking to Maria at the Empyrean.

How to Complete The Wrathful Queen

Objectives
1 Choose the Recreate the World and Save Tokyo route.
2 Receive the Seed of Life from Sophia at the World of Shadows after completing 75% of the Demon Compendium.

Talk to Maria at the Empyrean to access the sidequest.
4 Accept the sidequest and face Inanna in a boss fight.

5 Defeating Inanna will complete the sidequest and will unlock her for Demon Fusion.

SMT V Inanna Fight

Inanna has a multitude of Elemental skills, so be sure to bring demons that Null/Drain/Reflect Fire, Ice, Electric, and Force skills to prevent her from gaining extra Press Turns.

While she is resistant to most Elemental skills, Inanna is weak to Dark and Physical attacks. It is recommended to bring demons like Beelzebub and Yoshitsune as their unique skills prove to be effective against Inanna.
