Talk to the Kelpie beside the Mansei Bridge Leyline Fount. It will give you a quest to get a Girimekhala's Head.

You will find a Girimekhala near the Konan 3rd Block Leyline Fount in Shinagawa. Circle around the hill and head southwest. You will find Girimekhala in a pit.
3 An Unusual Forecast 3
Engage in battle with Girimekhala and defeat it to gain the Girimekhala's Head.

Return to Kelpie with Girimekhala's Head to end the quest. You will receive 1 Soma and 20000 EXP.

Use Only Magic

The most important thing to note is that Girimekhala reflects Physical attacks so using magic is the way to go here.

Girimekhala is weak to Electric, Force, and Light, so create a party full of magic users who can cast powerful Zio, Zan, and Hama skills, in order to take advantage of Girimekhala's weaknesses. He is also weak to Sleep so you may use Sleep spells to make the fight easier.

Use Buffs and Debuffs

Girimekhala has incredibly high Strength and a spell that can lower your party's defense. You can counteract this by casting Tarunda to lower his attack and Marakukaja to raise your party's defense. Girimekhala uses a few Physical skills that have low accuracy, so it would also help to up your party's evasion with Masukukaja.
