Marici is a new demon and subquest boss included in the DLC that can be recruited and used for fusion after completing The Guardian of the Light Subquest.
A new subquest called The Guardian of Light is included in the DLC, which can be unlocked by interacting with Goko at Taito Ward.

Mara, Idun, Mothman, Fionn mac Cumhaill, Hell Biker, and Cleopatra are 6 new demon navigators included in the 1.0.3 Patch.
They will be revealed at various points in the game, so make sure to interact with them during your progression and have them accompany you throughout your journey.

Additionally, Virtual Trainers will have some sort of new difficulty or mode called Elite Virtual Trainers wherein you will fight against previously encountered demons from subquests you've completed in the game.
The Elite Virtual Trainers can be accessed by interacting with the female researcher in the Terminal Room of the Tokyo Diet Building.
