Sleep can be cured either by skills or items. Make sure to always have these on hand in case one of your party members gets affected.

Eternal Prayer Full Magatsuhi Gauge Full HP recovery, ailment, and/or death recovery for all allies (stock included).
Patra 8 Cure status ailments on 1 ally.
Sun's Radiance 12 Moderate HP recovery and cures all status ailments for 1 ally.
Me Patra 30 Cure status ailments on all allies.
Diamrita 30 Moderate HP recovery and cures status ailments for 1 ally.
Matriarch's Love 140 Moderate HP recovery and cures status ailment/debuffs for all allies.
