The Doctor's Last Wish Location

SMT V Researcher A

After progressing through the story, talk to the researcher near the exit of the Tokyo Diet Building and offer your assistance to make the quest become available. Talk to Researcher A upstairs to accept this quest.

Take note that this is a DLC only quest and the DLC must first be purchased from the shop to start the quest.

Summary ・Locate Doctor Nitta, who went missing after a supposed meeting with Mephisto. Mephisto was sighted near Kamiyacho over in Minato.
・You stopped Mephisto from taking Doctor Nitta's soul, but the doctor unfortunately passed regardless. Report back on the situation.
・You reported back to the researcher and fulfilled the request.

How to Complete The Doctor's Last Wish

Objectives
1 Talk to the Bethel Researcher in the Tokyo Diet Building.
2 Fast travel to Kamiyacho's leyline fount in Minato and head north to the objective pointer. (Use the stairs on the west side of the building to go up)

SMT V Mephisto location
Approach Mephisto and the doctor to initiate a boss fight.
How to Beat Mephisto
4 After defeating Mephisto, return to the researcher in the Tokyo Diet Building to complete the quest.

Mephisto specializes in Dark and Ailment skills so bring demons that can block/reflect/absorb Dark attacks to burn press turn icons and skills like Abyssal Mask to reduce the chances of being afflicted by ailments.
