The Rage of a Queen Location

After progressing through the story, talk to the researcher near the exit of the Tokyo Diet Building and offer your assistance to make the quest become available. Talk to Researcher B upstairs to accept this quest.

Take note that this is a DLC only quest and the DLC must first be purchased from the shop to start the quest.

How to Complete The Rage of a Queen

Objectives
1	Talk to the Bethel Researcher in the Tokyo Diet Building.
2	Fast travel to Mita's leyline fount in Minato and approach the bus nearby marked by the objective pointer to start the boss fight. How to Beat Cleopatra
3	After the battle, you can choose whether to stop Cleopatra from taking her own life or do nothing. Cleopatra post-battle choices
4	Report back to the researcher in the Tokyo Diet Building to complete the quest.

How to Beat Cleopatra

Cleopatra mostly uses Light and Ice attacks so prepare resistances for both affinities. Prepare Amrita Showers or ailment-removing skills like Me Patra to remove the Charm effect from Cleopatra's Frolic immediately.

Should You Stop Cleopatra or Not?

After defeating Cleopatra in a boss fight, you will have to choose whether to stop Cleopatra or not as she attempts to take her own life. Either choice will allow you to add Cleopatra to your team, but the first choice will add more steps in the process.

If you stop her, Cleopatra will offer you assistance by joining your party right after the dialogue but if you do nothing and let her die, you will obtain the Magnetite Powder instead which can be used by the researcher near the entrance of the Tokyo Diet Building to summon Cleopatra and add her to your party.
