Guardian of Tokyo Location
Near Otemachi in Chiyoda
You can visit Masakado by going north from the Otemachi Leyline Fount in Chiyoda and riding the nearby Magatsu Rail.
This quest is only accessible after completing Will of the Samurai and Trial of the Seven Stars, and after gaining access to Taito as part of the Canon of Creation main story.

How to Complete Guardian of Tokyo

| 1 | After completing Trial of the Seven Stars, visit Masakado and speak to him. He will want you to obtain a Lord's Sword item and power it up. |
| * | Optional: If you have completed the Canon of Vengeance on your current save, you may acquire a Kiou Sword from Arahabaki in Kanda-no-Yashiro and present it to Masakado to fight an even more powerful version of the boss. |
