Prepare for status ailments

Have Rangda act as tank

Bring Ice Dampeners

Prepare for Status Ailments

Vasuki specializes in inflicting status ailments. In addition to his ailment focused skillset, he also has +7 Ailment proficiency and 72 Luck, making it easy for him to land the effects.

Bring items like Amrita Shower in the fight and prepare skills that can remove ailments like Me Patra. The passive skills Abyssal Mask and Hellish Mask also help decreasing the chances of being afflicted with Vasuki's Ailment attacks.

Bring Ice Dampeners

SMT V Blocked Mabufudyne

Vasuki will use Mabufudyne the next round after gathering Magatsuhi. Since it is a guaranteed critical hit to your team, use an Ice Dampener to block the attack and make him lose Press Turn icons.

SMT V Rangda with Null Elec and Null Ice

Similar to our strat against Odin, you can fuse a Skadi with Null Ice and another demon into Rangda, teach it Taunt through essence fusion, and make it your meatshield against Vasuki.

Since Vasuki uses Physical attacks to directly damage your team, you can force him to attack Rangda with Taunt to reflect the attack back to Vasuki and end his turn.

High Fire Proficiency

SMT V Weak to Fire

Vasuki's only weakness is Fire and has +4 proficiency in Ice skills. At this point of the game, the most powerful Fire demons available are weak to Ice. Fortunately, Vasuki only uses Mabufudyne as a Magatsuhi attack, so as long as you use an Ice Dampener to block the attack, your Fire demons won't get obliterated.

Your best choices for the attacker role currently are Yamata-no-Orochi, Adramelech, and Surt.

Relatively easy fight, though at one point my entire party got slept then he "gathered magatsuhi", then dropped several Mabufudyne on my team's head after they slept through their turn, killing two and popping Nahobino's ES.
