How to Complete Abaddon's Assault

| 1 |  Talk to the Kurama Tengu northwest of the Shinobazu Pond leyline fount. He will tell you to defeat Abaddon, who is destroying cities. |
| 2 |  Abaddon can be found up north. Simply head north of Shinobazu Pond to the indicated spot. |
| 3 |  As the Kurama Tengu said, Abaddon will be hard to miss. Strike Abaddon to engage with it in battle, and defeat Abaddon to fulfill the quest objective. ・How to Beat Abaddon |
| 4 |  Return to the Kurama Tengu to end the quest. You will receive 3 Grimoire and 55000 EXP as quest rewards. |
| 5 |  If you've previously done the Birds of a Feather sidequest, one of the Kurama Tengus that remain in the area will gift you with a Kurama Tengu's Essence. |

Defend against Physical
Abaddon has a powerful Mabufudyne Ice skill but only uses it right after gathering Magatsuhi. You can prepare for this Ice attack by Guarding against it. On the other hand, Abaddon has a bunch of Physical skills that he regularly uses, so it would be a good idea to use demons that block or are resistant to Physical.
Use Electric and Sealing Attacks
Abaddon is weak to Electric and Seal. Extend your turns with Electric, and render him unable to use skills with a Seal skill. This will make the fight so much easier, as Abaddon has a large pool of HP.
Bring Good Status Ailment Healing
Bring a healer who can use Me Patra to dispel the status ailments Mirage and Poison, as Abaddon is able to inflict these.
