How to Complete Sakura Cinders of the East

Objectives
1	Talk to the Bethel Researcher To start, head to the Tokyo Diet Building and talk to the Bethel Researcher. You can refer to the map above to see the exact location of the male researcher you need to speak to in order to get the subquest. Note: If you cannot access the subquest from the researcher, speak to the head researcher near the entrance instead. You should then be able to start the quest again.
2	Meet Konohana Sakuya in Onarimon After accepting the quest, fast travel to Onarimon in Minato to meet Konohana Sakuya. You can find her just around the leyline fount.
3	Defeat Oyamatsumi To prove your worth, Konohana Sakuya will ask you to defeat her father, Oyamatsumi, who is one of the early punishing foes you can encounter in the game. Simply head to the Shiba leyline fount and go left to find him.
4	Defeat Konohana Sakuya After defeating Oyamatsumi, head back to Onarimon and speak to Konohana Sakuya again. Make sure to heal before talking to her, as you'll immediately be thrown into a fight against her as you speak. Once you defeat her, she will immediately join your party, so make sure you have a free space to recruit her successfully.
5	Report Back to the Researcher Return to Bethel after fighting Konohana Sakuya and speak to the same researcher to complete the mission. He will reward you with three Magic Incense as you end the subquest.

Reach Level 48 or Higher Before Facing Oyamatsumi

Oyamatsumi is a one of the punishing foes you can encounter in the Netherworld. He is a level 48 boss who can deal heavy physical damage to your team, so be sure to face him only when you're around this level. Additionally, he is weak to fire, so bring any strong demons you have with fire attacks.

Use Lightning Attacks Against Konohana Sakuya

When facing Konohana Sakuya, it's best to bring demons that can deal significant electric damage to exploit her weakness. Additionally, bring a support demon that can inflict debuffs to minimize her damage output, especially when she starts buffing herself with her signature skill, Sakuya Sakura.
