SMT V Should You Spare Khonsu?

Sparing Khonsu by selecting Stow your weapon after your battle with him allows you to continue his questline, which unlocks Khonsu and Khonsu Ra for fusion. Additionally, completing this questline is a prerequisite to the Secret Ending of SMT V.

Although you can still complete the Egyptians' Fate sidequest by killing Khonsu, doing so will lock you out of the The Winged Sun sidequest and the Succession of Ra sidequest which you are required to clear to unlock the secret ending of Shin Megami Tensei V.
