Accepted from the Female Scientist near the exit of Diet Building. Once you offer your Assistance, the quest will become available. Talk to male Researcher (Researcher C) on the staircase to accept the quest.
Take note that this is a DLC only quest and the DLC must first be purchased from the shop to start the quest.

| Summary |
・Investigate the magic power reading over in Minato, near Tokyo Tower. ・It seems the source of the reading was the Greek goddess Artemis. You ended up looking for Quetzalcoatl at her request. ・You repelled Quetzalcoatl's attack. You should report back to Artemis. ・Artemis challenged you to a fight. Upon defeat, Artemis requested to follow you, in hopes that she might learn from your strength. ・You should report the results of your investigation. |

Several Zanma attacks and a few Maragion is Quetzalcoatl's game. Bring demons primarily strong against wind and a few that is strong to fire to lessen Quetzalcoatl's turns.
How to Beat Quetzalcoatl (Quest)
Heavy hits with strong debuffs, ailments, and huge amounts of AoE damage while being immune to Ice and Lightning. Before attempting to exploit her weakness, make sure to create a team that can endure her onslaught first.
