This quest can be found close to the starting location of the game. It is found in a cave opposite of the Mita Leyline Fount.

Talk to the Preta with a quest marker over its head to begin the quest.

Summary ・Find the Pretas that went out in search of food.
・You learned the whereabouts of a Preta.
・You found the Preta, but he refused to go back. Instead, he asked you to deliver the food in his place. Report back and deliver the food.
・You delivered the food and fulfilled the request, but the Pretas weren't satisfied and ended up attacking. You had no choice but to defend yourself.

How to Complete A Preta Predicament

Objectives
1 A Preta Predicament 1
Head to the top left section of the cave to find a bunch of harmless Pretas.
2 Preta Predicament 2
Talk to the Preta with a quest marker and accept the quest.

Preta Predicament 3
Head to the spot indicated, close to the Mita Leyline Fount. You will find a Preta here. Talk to it.

Preta Predicament 4
Defeat the large enemy ahead to clear the way ahead. Continue down the path.

Preta Predicament 5
Talk to the Wandering Preta near the entrance. It will give you an item called Sake and Dango Medley. A notice will pop up, saying you can complete the quest.

Preta Predicament 6
Return to the Pretas in the cave and give the Sake and Dango Medley to the quest-giver Preta. Note: Nothing will happen if you don't give it to him.
7 Preta Predicament 7
The Pretas will want more and attack you. Use Agi, Zan, or Bufu attacks to take advantage of their weakness. Defeat them all to end the quest.
