This subquest is exclusive to the Canon of Vengeance.

Players on Canon of Creation will not encounter this quest in their initial playthrough, but can be encountered during their New Game+ run by choosing the Canon of Vengeance this time.

How to Complete The Vampire in Black

Defeat Kresnik at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building

Use Demons Specializing In Force Skills

Exploit Kresnik's weakness by recruiting demons specializing in Force Skills. This will enable you to get some turns by attacking Kresnik with his Force weakness.

Use Physical and Light Dampeners

Kresnik will employ both physical and light magic attacks during the boss battle, so be sure to use Phys Dampeners and Light Dampeners to nullify the attacks.
