| 1 |  Talk to the Jack Frost beside the Mitatebashi Leyline Fount. He says he needs 3 Ice Gems. Accept his quest. |
| 2 |  At this point in the game, Ice Gems cannot be bought in Cadaver's Hollow, so you have to find them from enemy drops, Quest Navigator finds, and Treasure Boxes around the map. Ice Gems will be available for purchase later in the game. |
| 3 |  Once you have 3 Ice Gems, give them to Jack Frost to complete the quest. He will give you 1 Muscle Drink and 3000 EXP as a reward. |
| 4 |  This quest is repeatable. You can talk to Jack Frost and take the quest again. You will receive Muscle Drinks every time you give him 3 Ice Gems. |
