Use Force-type Attacks Null/Repel/Drain Electric and Physical Damage Use Dekaja and Dekunda

Use Force-type Attacks

Exploit Zeus' elemental weakness with Force attacks as often as possible to extend your turn and deal more damage. However, when the situation calls for it, make sure to heal up/buff/debuff to keep on even footing with Zeus.

Null/Repel/Drain Electric and Physical Damage

Make sure that your party members have affinities that can handle Electric and Physical damage. Keep in mind that Zeus also has an Almighty skill and Impaler's Animus, so even having these affinities isn't a sure-fire victory, but they make it much more likely.

Use Dekaja and Dekunda

It's a good idea to have access to Dekaja and Dekunda to to negate any enemy buffs and to negate any debuffs to your party, respectively. Since Zeus has Luster Candy, Dekaja is highly recommended. Also Zeus' skill Panta Spane lowers attack and defense, so Dekunda is also very helpful here.

Best Demons to Use Against Zeus (2nd Fight)

Demons With Force Attacks

The transformed version of Nuwa is one of the best demons to bring along for this fight as her unique skill Sacrifice of Clay is a Force-type attack that reduces the enemy's attack and defense by 1 stage for 3 turns. Also she naturally learns Drain Phys which will help reduce Zeus' turn if Nuwa is targeted by a physical attack.

The only drawback is that she is unlocked after beating the game one time, so having her on your team for this fight will require you to be on a second playthrough. Also her base fusion level is 89 so you will need to be past Zeus' level of 86 to have Nuwa on the team. Seth is a good alternative though, since Seth nulls Electric type attacks and naturally learns Mazandyne.

Demons That Null/Drain/Reflect Electric and Physical Damage

Since Zeus' moveset is mostly Electric and Physical attacks, bringing demons that null/repel/drain these damage types is ideal. Sandalphon is highly recommended as he nulls both Physical and Electric damage, although Sandalphon's base fusion level is 88, so you'll have to level up past Zeus' level of 86 to summon him.

Also Zeus has access to an Almighty attack as well as Impaler's Animus which makes his next attack have a piercing effect, so be aware that even a demon like Sandalphon is not completely immune to damage against Zeus.
